Beyond deploying BESS projects and hybrid plants across Spain, we maximize each asset through intelligent configurations that co-locate storage with renewable generation at a single point. This strategic hybridization stores excess solar or wind energy and releases it during peak demand, improving asset returns and easing grid congestion. We select key sites in regions with high renewable penetration and stressed grid nodes—such as Andalusia, Galicia, and Castile and León—where storage delivers distinctive system-wide value.
Our end-to-end approach spans from early-stage greenfield development to commercial operation, including technical studies, engineering design, financial modelling, and coordination with regulators and system operators. Backed by Octopus Energy’s Sky Renewables fund, we combine financial strength with international experience to execute projects quickly, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards. Our goal to deploy at least 500 MW is part of an ambitious commitment to contribute meaningfully to the national 3.5 GW storage target for 2030.
